Tina Whyte brings over 20 years of experience in the corporate and securities industry. Her expertise spans to areas of corporate governance, continuous disclosure, financing transactions and regulatory filings and compliance. Ms. Whyte holds corporate secretary positions with other publicly listed companies.

Mr. Fernback brings over 30 years of experience in financing public and private companies in Canada. Mr. Fernback obtained a Bachelor of Science, Honours (B.Sc.) from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Fernback holds a Certified Professional Accounting (CPA, CMA) designation in Canada and is currently director of several publicly traded companies in Canada.
Mr. Cheung, CPA, CA, has been providing accounting, management, securities regulatory compliance services to private and public-listed companies for the past fifteen years. He began his career in CA-public practice in 2003 articling with a boutique and mid-sized firm eventually specializing in Canadian listed entity compliance and related securities services. In 2008, Mr. Cheung founded Midland Chartered Accountants Ltd. Focused on providing tax and integrated accounting and advisory solutions to private companies and high net worth individuals with a heavy emphasis on maintaining strong professional relationships.
Mr. Setter is the former Senior Financial Editor for Report on Mining and has been consulting with publicly trading companies for over a decade. In addition to Fuse, he also sits on the boards of two other listed mining companies and holds a degree in Economics from UBC. Since 2000 he has held several key positions including Research Manager, Corporate Research and Analytics and has been involved in the launch of dozens of new enterprises assisting with financing, cash flow forecasting, strategic client acquisition and planning. Mr. Setter brings over two decades of business development, marketing and resource experience to the Company.
Mr. Gertler boast 40 plus years of business experience with the primary focus in alternate investments. He has excelled in distressed debt and real, estate holding senior roles in major Canadian real estate firms and family offices. As senior vice president at Hudson advisors, he managed real estate portfolios exceeding $200 million for Lone Star Opportunity Fund.
In addition to his activities in real estate Mr. Gertler’s career has extended to variety of non real estate business activities. Throughout his career he has successfully engaged in a broad range of business specialties including taking companies public, cross border transactions, raising financing and advising companies on mergers and acquisitions. He has also held positions as CEO of a digital media enterprise, and was interim CFO of a web-based news site. As Managing Director at Gestion Jean-Paul Auclair, he oversaw global alternative investments. Co-founding Viscount Mining and Sinomar Capital, he navigated silver exploration and venture capital. Engaged with Lester Asset Management, he contributed to money management and client development. Additionally, he served on the boards of numerous public and private companies. Mr. Gertler holds a B.Comm from McGill University and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
Jeremy Hanson is professional geoscientist with over a decade of experience in mineral exploration throughout Canada. He is the founder of Hardline Exploration Corp, a geological consulting firm focused in Western Canada. Jeremy is a Director and the VP Exploration for Garibaldi Resources Corp as well as a director of the Smithers Exploration Group. He graduated with a B.Sc. Hons with distinction from Simon Fraser University and brings a strategic mindset to every project, along with broad geological knowledge coming from experience in magmatic Ni-Cu, porphyries, epithermal, lode gold, and VMS deposits.
